Iron Tail Return Policy

Terms and Conditions for Defects or Warranty Issues with parts and accessories from V Twin Manufacturing.

All merchandise distributed by V Twin Manufacturing is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers own warranty policy. Credit or replacement will be made at the  manufacturers option, repairs must be returned to the below dealers. A decision from the manufacturer must be made before credit or replacement can be issued.



Returns:

All items being returned must have an RMA (Return Authorization Number) issued by Iron Tail Enterprises. Items without an RMA will not be accepted. A copy of the original V Twin and Iron Tail Enterprises invoice must be included. In the event that items to be returned were ordered incorrectly or not needed, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee will also apply to orders that are refused. Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Custom order items require a 50% non refundable deposit. No refunds on items not in their original package. No refunds on items that have been installed. No refunds on electrical items.

Claims:

The delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Any damage upon arrival should be filed with the carrier within 15 days.

Warranty:

All merchandise is fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship.  Chrome plating is guaranteed for 60 days. The warranty does not cover paint or labor claims of any type. V Twin's chrome plating is not guaranteed against bluing.
