Orders placed with Iron Tail Motorcycle Parts will be shipped by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, DHL Ground or any other method IronTail deems appropriate. IronTail only accepts orders within the United States of America.

Transit Time:
Orders should arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the time the order is placed. This does not apply to custom ordered parts and accessories. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If an item ordered is not is stock, IronTail will contact you within 4 business days. At that time the customer will have the option to have the item placed on backorder, or you may cancel your order at no charge. IronTail Enterprises does not guarantee in any way that the item(s) ordered will arrive in the above 7 to 10 working days. This shipping time frame is the average time for an item(s) shipped within the Continental United States. It does not take into consideration carrier issues beyond IronTail Enterprises control. Iron Tail cannot be held responsible for any carrier issues that would delay shipments beyond 7 to 10 working days.
Claims:
All items shipped to the customer will be insured by Iron Tail thru the carrier's insurance for the purchase price of item(s) shipped. Damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier and/or the carrier's insurance, not Iron Tail Enterprises. You should contact the carrier for any claims regarding damage to the product during shipment.
Iron Tail reserves the right to ship by any carrier or means it deems appropriate.
