
Please read the following return and warranty information and be certain you understand it fully before placing your order. We want you to be informed of all conditions before you purchase any merchandise.
Terms and Conditions for Returns, Defects, or Warranty Issues for all products
You must contact IronTail within 10 Days from the date of delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be approved or accepted after the 10 day period.
In the event of a defect, do not ship the product to Iron Tail until a valid RMA number has been given to you. All returns require a valid RMA number before they are received by Iron Tail. The product must then be returned to Iron Tail within 10 days accompanied by proof of purchase and a supplied RMA number.
Once it is determined by IronTail that a return will be issued, You will be given a RMA Number and shipping instructions. Iron Tail reserves the right to determine what constitutes a valid return.
The product must then be shipped following the supplied instructions within 10 days from the date the RMA is supplied to you, the customer, by Iron Tail. By following the above instructions it allows us to resolve the issue for you in a quick and efficient manner.
No merchandise will be accepted for refund or exchange after the 20 day period expires (10 days from customer delivery plus 10 days for return to Iron Tail ). Merchandise that is not shipped within a 10 day period after RMA authorization by Iron Tail will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
All apparel, parts, and accessory returns are subject to the manufacturers warranty and return policies. See the attached policies of the manufacturers by clicking on the links at the top of this page.
All returns of apparel, parts, or accessories will be subject to a minimum 20% to 25% restocking charge, depending on the manufacturer's policy.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance on returned goods to IronTail. Authorized returns must be insured by the customer for the value of the merchandise. We do not accept COD's or prepay the freight for return items. All items that are pre-approved for return by Iron Tail must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All parts and accessories must not have been installed, be in new unused condition, and be in the original box with all original packing.
Iron Tail wants you to be satisfied. If you are not, please contact us. We will do everything within reason to resolve any problems.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Warranty on motorcycle parts and accessories are handled by the manufacturer or distribution warehouse of the part or accessory. Please review the manufacturer and distributors return policies on this site. You may view their warranty return policies by going to the associated policy page from the links below.
